I am not the original poster, but I am having a problem with my Microsoft
Money 2003 back-up file, too. At the sign-in page, it will not open the file
because it does not recognize my original, and now the changed, Net Password
it has always asked for and accepted.
I've searched for a solution on Microsoft's website without success. I
haven't used the file in over three months and I'm afraid this affected the
file. I saw a note indicating a problem occurs if you use the file
infrequently with the Net Password.
Can anyone help me?

Have you tried opening your original files? (Money File|Open or double-click
on them from Windows Explorer.)
