Passport passwords tied to .mny account?

You can't go directly back to M2005. M2005 can't read your M2007 created
file. The only way is to find the backup file that M2007 made - will have a
suffix of .m14 I think, rename that to .mny and input that to M2005. You
will of course have to reinput all transactions since you upgraded to M2007.

I have had a nightmare since trying to upgrade to 2007, which wiped out my
2005. In trying to recover by going backto 2005, I can no longer log into my
primary account .mny file. Says I don't have the right password. If I changed
it I don't remember. It seems that the Passport password is not the same as
the password that is attached to the file. Is that correct? There seems to be
no way to access this file without the unknown password.

In any event, is there any way to retrieve this file other than trying to
have the password cracked, which I am working on now. This is a pending
disaster.
