Check that they are both credit card accounts.

One thing that often happens is that somebody will enter the amount
owed as a starting balance with a negative number, when it should be
entered as a positive number if you owe.

You can go to the AccountSettings by right-clicking the account on
the AccountList page.

Default RE: Credit Card downloads

I have 2 credit card accounts. Account A downloaded the outstanding balance
in red. Account B downloaded the outstanding balance in black. So if the
black is correct, how do I change account A from red (liability) to black?

No. That is the intended/designed way. Really. With a credit card
account, the Balance column represents how much your owe.

Default Credit Card downloads

I downloaded my CC info from the CC website and the balance shows up in black
as an asset, not in red as a liability. Is there a way to correct this?
Thanks for any help.
