| Thanks! This seemed to do the trick. I cancelled online services with Schwab and then re-activated. This brought down all accounts, albeit in duplicate - a quick merge of the redundant accounts leaves me with all of my history and online updates working for all. |

I would File-> New-> NewFile a Money file with a new name such as> with this broker used to download without issue, but something became > corrupted and one of the five no longer gets updated. test1.mny. During setup, select Decline-- you will not need a Passport or password on the Money file. Then set up just Schwab. See if the accounts all read in, or just the four that work now. If it is only those 4, there is probably something in the setup at Schwab. If all 5, I would consider setting Schwab up for online access in your real file again. Keep an extra copy/backup in case you want to undo something. |

| I hold several investment accounts with my broker and until recently have not had any issues with automatic updates of the accounts using Money 2005. Something has happened where one of the five accounts with this institution no longer receives updates - the others still download activity as expected, except for this one. I first contacted my broker to see if this was an issue on their side (i.e. - account was changed to not provide auto updates), although this is not the case. When I look at the global account view in Money, I can see the lighning bolt update icon next to each of the other accounts, although it is not there for the one that is the issue. I have logged into the web MSN client and all of the accounts for the institution update properly (including the culprit) - it's just on my local Money client installation that this seems to be the issue. I cannot find anywhere in the program where I would even have the option to deselect a single account with an institution from receiving updates. Any assistance would be much appreciated! |
