That's very unlikely. If you purchased Money retail, I suggest you> opens, the message is "Money could not verify your sign in...". | No, already tried that way. During the inital sign in after Money 2007 opens, the message is "Money could not verify your sign in...". When I then enter Money offline & try to use the Tools/Updates/Sign in with my Windows ID, the message changes to, "Sign in attempt was unsuccessful". I take that back, now its "The e-mail address or password is incorrect. Please try again". And it's not letting me work offline either. Even trying to build a new profile under a second email address with a fresh WindowsLive password isn't working. Could the install cd be bad? | None of the steps on the link helped. This stinks! I can't get at any of my accounts...It worked fine for 3 days after the initial install and not at all since! Even removing 2007 and going back to 2006 gives me the password issue. Still my password works on all the web WindowsLive & Passport sites. I'm watching the "Reset Password" thread to see if "Computer Man" receives an answer. LiveID/Passport. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/891338/en-us If using Windows 98, see http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com...orkstatus.aspx If you purchased Money 2007, do Help-> About in Money and write down the password. | I upgraded to Money 2007 1/26/07 and it worked fine for 3 days. Today (1/29/07) it refuses to recognize the Windows Live Password. I've created a new password twice, cleared the browser & cookies, uninstalled & reinstalled Money 2007 - and still it does not recognize the same Windows Live Password that I used to gain access to this Discussion site. Ideas anyone? |
