Actually, no, it won't, at least not for many of us. This is a known bug;
I've spent literally hours messing around with this, and have spoken with at
least three different MS support people, who have told me that a lot of
people are having this problem.

Cannot get SP2 to update. MS suggestions as to make sure this and that are
set at the perfect settings. Still will not update. Removed Money 2007 and
Reinstalled Money 2006 as it workes fine.

How far "thru the process" did you get?

If you get all the way through to the point where it says to hit
"Enter", press the Enter key on your keyboard. On some systems, the OK
button on the final dialog does not show up.

It usually wants Money shut down not the Computer. Also if Money is doing
some background work or updating stock prices you may have to keep telling
Money to shut down. Once the background stuff has closed it will then
download the update.

Default SP2 UPDATE-DOES IT LOAD?

Two or three days ago I got a message when I logged into Money Premium
2007
to upload SP2. I went thru the process and it didn't work. The upload
file would not
close until I shut down the computer. Same story when I opened Money
the next
day. Yesterday, I chose "cancel" from the upload prompt and worked with
Money
as usual. I checked the version and it is still 1024 and not the
updated 1303.

So my plan is to continue "cancelling" the SP2 upload prompt until I
hear that
this thing works. I know it's for a Vista problem and I'm still using
XP home
edition. I am wondering if any of you got this upload to work or if my
experience
is normal at this time. Any input is appreciated. Steve
