Making a partial mortgage payment

So enter two Loan Payments each month and tailor the Principal Transfer
amount by hand.

Assuming you are using Advanced Register or M04 or earlier and not Money
Essentials (MEss).

Any ideas on how to make a partial payment to a mortgage account. For
budgetary reasons I like to subtract half my mortgage payment every two weeks
to coincide with work pay days. As is now I subtract in my check book but
wait until end of month to make payment in Money. This results in a differant
balance between the two. Any ideas?
