Default Re: Password Issue from MoneyCentral --> Microsoft Money

The "My Portfolio.mny" file created by MSN Moneycentral is based upon Money
2006, so Money 2004 would not recognize a 2006 file.

You'll need Money 2006 or 7 in order to open that file directly in Money.

I would copy 'my portfolio.mny' to bama7.mny, and open that file
with Money 2007. I suspect you are using an older version of Money,
right?

Default Password Issue from MoneyCentral --> Microsoft Money

I have a Passport account and use MSN MoneyCentral daily. Recently I began
using Microsoft Money and wanted to import the portfolio information that is
stored online. When I try to access the file 'my portfolio.mny' with Money,
I am asked for a password. I have never setup a file password for this -
I've never needed anything other than my Passport password to access it.

Any idea on how to get around this? If that is not possible, is there a way
to get Money to access the portfolio info stored with my Passport account?

Thanks in advance
