Default Re: Money 2007 advantages ? over 2006

For me, the "nuke the bills" feature alone made the upgrade worth it.
But it was so because Money 2006 was painfully slow in my system. I
have data since 1995, the file is large, but since Money 2004 was
getting very slow (sometimes, more than 30-40 seconds after editing a
bill, for example).

Money 2007 is way much faster in many ways: when opening it, when
adding transactions, when editing bills... But it looks like not for
everybody! If M2006 works ok in terms of performance in your PC, then
wait for M2008 (or beyond). No improvements, really.

Yes - they have eliminated the ability to synch with the online moneycentral
portfolio. Oh - you asked for IMPROVEMENTS.

There is the "nuke the bills" repair method and the 60% budget. In a word,
no.
