it's on the known issue list -- but whether it will be fixed is another
question

Online services covers downloads from your Bank(s), FIs, stock prices and,
as I understand it, any input to the money program that you don't type in.

You should have a copy of your .mny file that was taken at the time you
upgraded - *.m12 I think. Uninstall M2007, reinstall M2004 and rename the
*.m12 file as *.mny.

However depending on the version and date you first installed M2004
downloads may be timing out. See http://money.mvps.org/faq/article/186.aspx

Also you will have to reinput any transactions since you upgraded.

Re Money back see http://money.mvps.org/faq/article/72.aspx

According to a recent contact with MS Support:

There is no fix.

It has not been resolved.

It has been confirmed and reported to the programmers.
