| You should have a copy of your .mny file that was taken at the time you upgraded - *.m12 I think. Uninstall M2007, reinstall M2004 and rename the *.m12 file as *.mny. However depending on the version and date you first installed M2004 downloads may be timing out. See http://money.mvps.org/faq/article/186.aspx Also you will have to reinput any transactions since you upgraded.
