| I actually had microsoft tech support tell me they did not know what is causing the problem. I have been manually updating my data. It upsets me, my Money 2005 never had this problem. If you solve the problem please let me know. "daequitz" wrote: - quote - > I'm there too. This is very troublesome. | I'm there too. This is very troublesome. I've spent hours trying to work through this in setting up various Money accounts. I thought I had it two weeks ago, but now again this morning I've got two accounts that just flat won't update. I can't find any info on the MS website and found threads with this same question as far back to July 06 concerning this issue and MS Money 2007. I don't see either where anyone at MS has responded or indicated it is even being worked on. It would be nice if MS Money would show you what it was actually doing. I could then try to determine if it was the app, my pc setup, or something else. But to get routed to an error with no explanation other than to say there is no explanation is not cool. Help us! | What does this error mean? Or better yet how do I fix it? I see many people having the same problem as me but Microsoft isn't helping us. In a nut shell I have two accounts that I can not set up. I also have three investments that the prices won't update. I never had this problem with MS Money 2005. I wish i never changed programs. |
