I have 2007 deluxe, I have two fidelity 401K and two fidelity
investment, one each for my wife and me.
401K always update correctly and invesment account only sync the first
time and never download a single transaction since then....
no one knows what is going on on fidelity or money..

Default Re: Updates

I have not experienced that problem with Fidelity NetBenefits. I have
occasionally noticed that Fidelity information times out when I go after all
of my various accounts at the same time as Fidelity, but if I issue it by
its self it completes.

I update 6 accounts from 4 separate FI's in addition to 2 accounts at
Fidelity and 4 accounts at Fidelity Netbenifts. All are direct (do not use
Yodlee/CashEdge).

I would check the error message. It sounds like a wrong password has locked
the account. From your question I do not know if it worked under 2004 and
if it ever worked under 2007. I also do not know if Fidelity changed its
401K model where not all accounts had download privilege. They were
requiring the company to pay for the privilege. I know for years I could
only download some of my 403B information.

Put your transactions in by hand. Save yourself the pain of messing with it
and get the data right the first time.

Default Updates

I had to switch to Money 2007 from Money 2004 because updates expired.
However, updates so rarely work in 2007 that it doesn't seem to have been
worth it. My 401K account at Fidelity is updated directly with the
institution, but it has now been 2 weeks, with me manually running update
every day, without success.

Does anybody have any suggestions at all. This is beyond frustrating.
