Yes, it will run. You may not be able to setup online banking again,
though, since the server that Money 98 used for online setup is no longer
available.

Default Money 98 and Windows XP

I bought a new machine with Windows XP. I have Money 98
on my old machine. Before I go to the trouble of looking
for my install CD, will Money 98 even run on Windows XP?
Should I just bite the bullet and buy the new version of
Money?
