Maybe we have different kinds of accounts with Schwab? If you're using a third-party agency to "scrape" these accounts, that might explain the problem. When I download I click on ONLINE UPDATES in the upper right hand corner & it goes out & downloads all transactions from 5 different accounts at Schwab, American Express, B of a & updates quotes. These 2 items are the only thing that does not download with everything else.
