If you're using active statements -- and not a third party scraper -- and
also have cash sides enabled, then it does sound the same. Maybe we have
different kinds of accounts with Schwab?

You certainly don't need a passport -- get rid of it and see what changes.

I don't use passport at all and receive updates from Schwab, Amex, and
several other banks and brokers. If you're using a third-party agency to
"scrape" these accounts, that might explain the problem. Yodlee and others
work sort of with banks and , in my experience, not at all with brokers.

I sign in with a passport.
When I download I click on ONLINE UPDATES in the upper right hand corner &
it goes out & downloads all transactions from 5 different accounts at
Schwab, American Express, B of a & updates quotes. These 2 items are the only
thing that does not download with everything else. If you are doing it
differently I could do the 1 schwab account the way you are doing it.

How are you downloading from Schwab? Direct or do you use a passport?

I see them as cash transactions (on the cash side). I don't use
classifications and they usually arrive without a category. They're very
easy to change.

Where do you see them & what classification does it show. Mine dont even
show. Not giving me the opportunity to change them. Isnt it easier to change
classification than having to input from monthly statements.

My downloads from Schwab do show these kinds of transactions -- though they
aren't given the right classification. So I have to edit them (in the cash
side), but not input them.
