| I found something else out (it may be that ENT has turned off statements for the account that is not downloading). It turns out if the FI enabled the account, but reports that statements were not supported for that account, then that could be the problem <BANKACCTINFO<BANKACCTFROM<BANKID> 123456789 <ACCTID> 1234567890AB <ACCTTYPE> SAVINGS </BANKACCTFROM<SUPTXDL> N <XFERSRC> Y <XFERDEST> Y <SVCSTATUS> ACTIVE </BANKACCTINFO With ā<SUPTXDL> Nā, Money would not ask for any statements for that account, but would create the account (since <SVCSTATUS> ACTIVE). The only way to fix that is to contact the bank and get the upper tier support to turn on statement support for the account. -Mark "Mark" <abcd[at]abcd.com> wrote in message news:OycRvGPMHHA.780[at]TK2MSFTNGP03.phx.gbl... - quote - > Yes, it appears that ENT is fully direct services, which means that Money > talks directly with the bank's OFX servers and gets an OFX download. > It may be that the two auto loan accounts that are importing are > identified as different account types than the one that does not. > You may want to try to capture the actual OFX log to verify what is > actually in it: > http://support.microsoft.com/kb/911941/en-us > And then compare the entries for the accounts that do update with those > that do not. > It could be something like a different account type, or it might be that > the unique ID for the account that is not updating is identical to another > account, so Money won't import it, or it may be missing entirely from the > download. > -Mark > "Rob O." <RobO[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:99A043C9-64DD-4B91-B7D0-EBC2483909A7[at]microsoft.com... > > Hi Mark, > > > 1. | Yes, it appears that ENT is fully direct services, which means that Money talks directly with the bank's OFX servers and gets an OFX download. It may be that the two auto loan accounts that are importing are identified as different account types than the one that does not. You may want to try to capture the actual OFX log to verify what is actually in it: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/911941/en-us And then compare the entries for the accounts that do update with those that do not. It could be something like a different account type, or it might be that the unique ID for the account that is not updating is identical to another account, so Money won't import it, or it may be missing entirely from the download. -Mark "Rob O." <RobO[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:99A043C9-64DD-4B91-B7D0-EBC2483909A7[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > Hi Mark, > 1. | We'll need some more information: 1. Which bank? 2. What type of service is it? You can find out by going to the Are My Banks Online site: http://www.microsoft.com/money/bankonline.aspx and click on your bank to see what it says. Note pay attention if it says something about "third parties" and mention that. 3. What type of account is the one that won't update? For example, Money won't import Loan accounts. -Mark "Rob O." <RobO[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:A459CDE5-A7C1-4D1A-87AB-5A03B3B7947A[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > BTW...
