We really need some sort of definitive resolution for this error. It seems
pervasive, associated to many FIs. For me, updates had been working for
sometime then over the last two months one credit card is failing over and
over with obres:22063 source 16. Only change is upgrading to IE 7. Is this
the culprit??

I receive the error message sporadically. Two accounts (Citibank,
Providian) always report the error and the accounts that used to
update, will receive the error every once in awhile.

I am using MS money 2007 and continue to get an error indicating that I am

source=16.0

Of course, microsoft has no additional information in the knowledge base
concering this item.

Has anybody out there encountered this issue? Better yet, does anyone have
a solution.
