| The argument is that Money is a Consumer Product and that the Consumer Version of Vista hasn't been released yet! I understand that there is a patch that will be released shortly. -- Regards Bob Peel, Microsoft MVP - Money For UK tips & fixes see http://support.microsoft.com/default...d=fh;EN-GB;mny. | Hello, thanks for your help, In fact my bank uses ofx or xls for tranfert only, and i tried yesterday to fix it. But no possibility.. I check my OFX and nothing was wrong in it After i install Money 2005 on an other computer and used this OFX exactly, ...and it Works on XP. No compatibility for Vista, i tried to install Money on differents ways with Administrator rights and nothing more. So we have to wait for an upgrade from Microsoft It's curious from Microsoft to have an essential soft like Money with such a probleme in Vista, because we are a lot to use Money. Bank account is important no? When you pay for a soft and that it is not oerating, i understand now why some are looking for cracking...because when you pay you have nothing more. Curious... | I didn't see the original post but it sounds like you cannot get OFX files from your bank imported properly. I had a similar problem a while back but found that "MYOB Accounting Plus" format import well into Money 2005 and have been using that for some time. Not sure if your Bank supports that format. | I recognise some names here from another forum but I thought it may be helpful to canvass some more opinions/expertise. I have Vista Ultimate running and have succesfully loaded Money 2005 UK and updated via the internet. Everything works fine except the bit I need ! I use Barclays Bank and have downloaded .ofx files for several years (Barclays does not support QIF). When trying to do this in Vista I get an error message saying the file is corrupt or not recognised. I have tried all manner of things including testing the ofx file etc and it appears fine and will load into Money running on XP. I have contacted Microsoft who say its a known bug as yet unresolved. I can't believe itthats difficult to fix as the import file executable will import QIF so its being called by the Money application when required. So if anyone has got this to work or knows a way around I would be grateful. DH |
