| Are you able to do a Windows Update? Can you download from other sites? If not, then it is a problem that Windows needs to help you resolve, since it is not DR specific. But, you could check IE's security settings to see if downloads are disabled. In IE's Internet Options, on the Security tab, click Custom Level and check the settings (especially in the Download section) to see if there are items being disabled. If so, you could change them to "prompt" and see if that helps. Or alternatively, click the Default Level button for all of the Zones on the Security tab to reset IE to the "defaults" Other than that, and if it is only a problem with the DR download, contact them again and if they insist on passing you back to Microsoft, ask to speak to a supervisor and DO NOT let them pass you off. -Mark "dscott" <dscott[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:87C3D739-42DD-43AB-912D-559734709727[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > I did contact them and they told me to contact Microsoft directly. | I did contact them and they told me to contact Microsoft directly. I have contacted customer service over 5 times with no resolution, so that is why I am checking here to see if any one has encountered this before. ~Dina "Mark" wrote: - quote - > Did you contact DR? > They will have to assist you with getting it downloaded. > -Mark > "dscott" <dscott[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:AB8C45FA-9EA5-4BD2-9E91-38B1E93C6F2A[at]microsoft.com... > > I actually did all of the suggestions below, and none of them worked. | Did you contact DR? They will have to assist you with getting it downloaded. -Mark "dscott" <dscott[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:AB8C45FA-9EA5-4BD2-9E91-38B1E93C6F2A[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > I actually did all of the suggestions below, and none of them worked. | Try resetting IE's settings (and/or temporarily reduce the settings to Low during the download) Check to see if you have any other firewall or security software running that could be interferring and check their "block" lists. Otherwise you may need to contact DR. Go to http://findmyorder.com to find out how. -Mark "dscott" <dscott[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:A67C0ECA-D48A-441C-ACC0-4AD38114F034[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > A couple of days ago I had ordered Microsoft Money 2007 Premium online > through the Microsoft site but through a reseller called Digital River, > Inc. > I have not been able to download this product to my computer because I get > a > message stating "Your current security settings do not allow this file to > be > downloaded", but when I go to my security setting on the internet I am on > medium.
