| Suit yourself. There is no easy way to do this that preserves things like Account Settings and a beginning balance. File|Archive promises that it will attempt to do something similar, but many people find it doesn't do what they expect and it has been reported to have bugs. Have a copy of your data file before attempting to do this. My file is 57.1MB. I don't find that its size is a problem. | Why do you want to do this? Many of us have data going back a decade or more and find it handy/useful. What benefit are you hoping to gain by deleting the data?
