Default Re: Accounts problem

So does noone know why this might be happening? Why 2 of my 3 Bank of
America accounts continue to revert to original settings (original name, 0
starting balance, etc) and why 3 of my closed Chase accounts continue to
revert to 'Open' status?

I've tried to repair the .mny file but when the process was complete, the
log said there was nothing to repair. This is getting incredibly
frustrating and annoying...

thnx,
Christoph

Default Accounts problem

Ok, so I was finally able to set up a second account with my new bank.
During the initial setup process, I just selected a different bank then,
once defined, I went into the settings and changed it to the proper bank.
Now I'm having a different problem. The name of the account keeps reverting
to it's original name. No matter how many times I try to rename the
account, it always reverts. Sometimes it's when I start up Money and
sometimes it's when I'm in the account's register. The drop down at the top
of the register contains the original name. Additionally, my "favorite
accounts" (on the home page) are showing my old closed accounts, now changed
back to being open. No matter how many times I remove them from my
favorites list and no matter how many times I set the account to closed,
they keep returning.

What's going on? Is there any way I can fix this problem? I'd hate to
scrap everything and start over just because Money is acting incredibly
screwy. I have over 2 years of data in there...

thnx,
Christoph
