Is this something you're doing as part of your employment? Does the "State
of WI - Department of Health & Family Services" use Money 2005 to manage
its financial resources?

If you describe the type of report you want to create, others may be able to
provide specific suggestions.

Here's the KB article that talks about using Repair to fix a file with a
corrupted report:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/182608/en-us

Here's the KB article on Restoring a Backup:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/178850/en-us
If the Backup is corrupted you may want to review your backup strategy (or
upgrade to Money 2006/7, which has an improved backup setup)

As far as recreating a report, Money has Help on this.
But basically, you would choose an default report that has basically what
you want, customize it as desired and then Save it as a Favorite.
