| The 3 password thing has nothing to do with MSMoney because HSBC used a direct connection, not a third party service such as Yodlee. It's just that a security upgrade was required for their direct connection (under new US law, I believe), and HSBC, unlike some other banks, decided that they did not want to spend the time and money to do this, so they cancelled the service instead. -- Peace, BobJ "Dave427337" <Dave427337[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:EE4A5C2F-861B-4F40-BB17-CE2006227553[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > There is no fix at the moment. | There is no fix at the moment. HSBC's new three password signon is not supported by Money. I've complained to both HSBC and Microsoft. HSBC replied that they are aware of the issue but I doubt that anything will be done about it. You have to use the HSBC site to pay your bills and then manually download a file to update Money or directly enter your payment into Money. So much for progress.
