Consider disabling online banking at the bank, then re-enabling. In the
process, select the 'advanced' mode of account accounts. (I forget exactly
the description, but that's close.) When you do that, there's a means to
select accounts to ignore.

Caveats:

If you disable online banking, make sure you cancel all unpaid epays and
apay models before doing so. Recreate them after re-enabling online
banking. Otherwise you'll have orphan active bill pays. Also, you may lose
the link between existing payees and their online counterparts. They may be
recreated as separate new payees. In that case, you may be able to transfer
the pre-existing epayees (no longer epayees) but cannot transfer the new
epayees into the pre-existing ones.
