| It's an MSISAM (.MDB in drag but sealed up tight from prying eyes). Depending on what you want to do, MoneyLink (a freebie Excel add-in) may help you get there. It can extract some stuff with some predefined queries that can be parameterized in limited ways into an Excel worksheet. See http://ultrasoft.com for more info.
