| Go to the category details. (Right-click a register transaction in category, pick "Go to category: xxx", or subcategory, as appropriate). On that detail page, revise "Assign cash flow transactions..." how you want them to appear. -- Chris Cowles Gainesville, FL "wwebby" <wwebby[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:E965A4B4-B938-433F-925C-91C64599BE84[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > I'm having a similar problem and it's driving me batty! | I'm having a similar problem and it's driving me batty! I've got all my bills and most of my "budget items" showing up in my checking account's cash flow. But in my cash account's cash flow, two items are showing up there that I need to move, Budget Item: Discretionary, and Budget Item: Medications. To get the other Budget Items to move from cash to checking, I right-clicked on the item and selected the option to change the account. BUT, when I right-click on Budget Item: Discretionary or Budget Item: Medications, I don't get that option in the menu!! WHY?? Please help me if you've figured this out. Thanks. | Have you included all accounts? Look also in category details at "Assign cash flow transactions...". You may have to assign categories explicitly to the desired accounts. -- Chris Cowles Gainesville, FL "jlandtl" <jlandtl[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:B2DE5ADC-0FDD-41C8-B178-7EE5F3576954[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > I'm using advanced budget and have all my bills/deposits set up. | I'm using advanced budget and have all my bills/deposits set up. However, when I click on my cash flow, it appears to not show all my budgeted items, such as food and gasoline. However, it does show other items, such as "Insurance: Other" and "Federal Income Tax - Previous Year." Why doesn't it show the amounts for food, gasoline, and other items from my advanced budget? I've checked my settings and they appear to be correct. What gives? |
