| I've tried every option presented and have had no luck. I still have to open and restart money 2007 three times before I can see and work with my downloaded transactions. If that does not solve it, in Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with Tools-> InternetOptions-> DeleteFiles or Tools-> InternetOptions-> Delete-> DeleteFiles. Then in Money do File-> RepairMoneyFile-> QuickFileRepair. Still not fixed? Go to Tools-> Settings-> OnlineServiceSetting and select ShowStandardizedPayeeNamesForWhichANameIsNotFound. This appears to be a global (inter-file) setting. Download again. Still not working? Consider Tools-> Setting, and disable the first item. Let us know at what stage this process worked , if any, and whether you were doing QIF, OFX, or whatever downloads. |

| Hi, I recently upgraded from Money 2004 to 2007. All seemed to go well, but now when I update with my bank an odd thing happens. I update and can see that I have downloaded transactions, but when I go to the register they aren't visible. I then close and restart Money. The transactions are now visible but I can't accept them because it says another online process is running. I then close and restart Money. I can now accept the transactions. Any advice on what might be happening? Kind of a pain to have to restart the program 3 times to be able to deal with my transactions. Thanks, Ken |
