 RE: HSBC transactions not downloading I believe HSBC has discontinued support for DirectConnect. However, you can still use the WebConnect feature and download your transactions from the HSBC website and import into Money. | Re: HSBC transactions not downloading Didn't you get a number of e-mails from HSBC? They have discontinued their downloads to Money (and Quicken) as of December 10. You can still go to their website and manually download an OFX data file which will update Money. | HSBC transactions not downloading Anyone having trouble with HSBC transactions not updating? Has worked forever for me and now I keep getting errors saying a communication error has occured.This has been happening for a few days now. Other accounts update fine so it's not my computer. TIA |
