I believe HSBC has discontinued support for DirectConnect. However, you can
still use the WebConnect feature and download your transactions from the HSBC
website and import into Money.

Didn't you get a number of e-mails from HSBC? They have discontinued their
downloads to Money (and Quicken) as of December 10. You can still go to
their website and manually download an OFX data file which will update
Money. On principle, you can call them and complain if you wish (I did).

Default HSBC transactions not downloading

Anyone having trouble with HSBC transactions not updating? Has worked
forever for me and now I keep getting errors saying a communication error
has occured.This has been happening for a few days now.

Other accounts update fine so it's not my computer.
