When the time is up, the only way to extend the downloading period is to "upgrade" to a newer edition of Money Deluxe (or Premium). On the Home page there is an icon in the upper left hand corner which is a globe with a green arrow around this globe..when curser is on this icon...the following words appear: "You are now working off line. Click to go on line". Now, if I left click there, the globe get highlighted but nothing happen. This has never happened before. And yet, on this same page immediately to the right of this glove, I can go to any website by typing in the site....So I really am on line but this icon of the globe says I'm not....and therefore I can not update data from my bank, which I had been doing for a long time....Any suggestions out there....Please help if you can...........tomlomeo |
