My Bank One told me that they plan to discontinue eBills. I think the same
will follow for all others - since the inception of this feature several
years ago, it didn't really gain the momentum it was supposed to. That
miserable number of "selected merchants" probably does not justify the costs
to support it.

I had read glowing reviews in the past on here about the eBill presentment
system First Union had (note past tense).
