There is no setting in Money to do what you describe.

Default Asset Allocation - Emerging Markets, Europe, Canada

Is there a way to designate stock or mutal fund using asset allocation
other than small, mid and large cap?
I want a 25% split between US, Canada, MSCI and Emerging Markets. I
buy stocks or ETFs in these markets, and I only want to track these.
