I just found an old thread related to Bank of America (Non CA):

http://groups.google.com/group/micro...371fbf166084f3

I used to be able to download bank statements from BankofA into Money
directly. It worked
perfectly until they changed it last year. Then I got on the new Money
service (they charge
$9.95/month) with the extra Money online bill pay I did not even want.
But they have no
way to turn the online bill off. So each time, when I open Money, all
the transactions and
futures bills are downloaded into Money.

Will be interesting to see if others have similar problems. Thx.

No, they are EPay entries and can not be changed. Before I always
deleted the Money entries, but kept the web bills. But the last few
times, the "Account List" balance and detailed balance do not match
because of the deleted bill-pays. It is annoying to see negative
balance. Thx.

Manually change the date of the downloaded transactions to the date
they will be debited?

Default Help with Bill Download and Account Reconcile (M2004)

Not sure if this was discussed before. New to this group.

This is Money 2004 deluxe and with Bank America account. I set up all
my bill pay at the website, not from Money. (Not sure if this makes any
difference.) When Money downloads the online bill pays, the bills are
entered immediately and the account debited. Sometimes it is up to 30
days in advance. For instance, if my account has $2,000 balance and I
have a $3,000 bill 25 days away, I still see a $1,000 negative balance
when the bill is downloaded.

Called the bank and they said they can not turn off the bill download.

Any solutions? Thx.
