Accually they dont have cd keys but they do have PID's and if he has a
downloaded copy of money when he cancels or gets a refund that PID will no
longer be able to be used which means if he goes for support it will cost
him $35 now if he was to reinstall with the taxcut cd it will create a new
PID which means free support for a few calls. And I dont beleive there is a
way to take the PID out of the cd to write down.

There might be issues about tech support related to the key printed on the
CD, and that gotten from the download. I suggest saving the data file off
to a safe place, uninstall the 2007 from the web, and reinstall from the
CD. The install process will ask for the CD key, I think.

Technically there's no reason to do this. You are obviously on your honour
to do what you say and buy buying the Taxcut version you will have a fully
licensed copy.

An added bonus is that if Taxcut comes with a CD you don't have to worry
about only having a downloaded copy (in case your hard disk dies).

So far Money 2007 is running very well, don't want to break something that
