Mine did that when I tried to open it directly (from the link). However, if I
first saved the file to the Desktop, and then opened it with WinZip (by double
clicking), it opened without any problem.

Default Figuring out which banks offer what through Money

As a result of routinely being frustrated with Money, I frequently
experiment with other offerings. I decided that it was time (again)
to check out what GnuCash (http://www.gnucash.org) has to offer.
It turns out that GnuCash can now do OFX DirectConnect. After doing a
little searching on how this works, I found a really cool utility that
might be of interest to some folks here:

http://www.jongsma.org/gc/

Basically, what this utility does is query the MSN MoneyCentral site
in the same way that Money 2006 would query it and gets the results.
It then builds the XML that describes each bank's OFX capabilities.
The utility runs on some sort of unix. I ran it on linux. They guy
also provides a copy of the output of the utility here:

http://www.jongsma.org/gc/bankinfo/fidata.utf-8.tgz

Using this data, I was able to discover that Money offers some
type of OFX connectivity to a total of 6047 financial institutions,
and 125 of those banks offer Direct BillPay.

Anyway, FYI if it's useful to you.
