If you want to remove the Passport from a file you may have to turn
off background banking at
Tools-> Settings-> AccessYourMoneyDataOnTheWeb and then
File-> PasswordManager you can choose to remove your Passport.

Default Removing Microsoft Passport from MS Money?

Someone asked me how to stop using Microsoft Passport with MS Money
2006. He has accounts data that he does not want to lose. He just wants
to stop using Passport, stop exchanging his accounts data with distant
computers.

I have never used Passport so I have no idea how to do this.

Thanks for any suggestions!
