How does junk like this, cross-posted on totally disparate newsgroups, live
more than 60 seconds on a news server hosted by Microsoft for Microsoft?

And what's with the number in the message? Some sort of tracking mechanism
so the troll can quantify how effective s/he is in disrupting newsgroups?
