| Did you specify a financial institution and any userid/password for the screen scrapers to get at them? Is it possible these are not being reported by an FI via "third party connect"? Or are being reported as closed or as some other account type? You might try setting these accounts up but don't specify an FI. You could try this in another file as well. Also you might check to make sure closed accounts are being shown in case the accounts in question got flagged as closed. Also look in more than the credit card section of the Account List. Perhaps it's mangling the types of accounts somehow? If you are specifying the FI and any userid/password when you setup, then I'm probably not the best person to help. I don't use any of that downloaded transaction stuff because I believe it causes far more problems than it solves. Many postings here each day validate my belief. | Yes, I used the "Setup New Account" option. Repeatedly. Each time, when I went back to the View All Accounts page, only 2 credit cards were listed, the last one entered and one other. The first few times it happened, I thought the older entries were being deleted, and so tried to enter them again, but got some sort of message relating to the old data, which implies the old data is still there, but Money is only showing 2 credit cards, no matter how many are in there. | What do you mean by "entered several credit cards"? How did you "enter" them? Did you go through the Setup New Account genie for more than two? I would not assume a relationship between this and your service pack issues until proven otherwise. | I have entered several credit cards, but in Accounts, it only shows 2 at a time; the area is expanded, but still only 2 listed. Has anyone else seen this? I have an incomplete update (Service Pack) installation also, so if no one else has seen this I'll assume (for now) that this is the source of the problem. |
