| Are you able to sign into this Passport on the web (for example on http://moneycentral.msn.com)? Did you happen to originally have an older version of Windows on this computer (for example Windows 98) and recently upgraded to XP Home? Have you tried contacting support? -Mark "Steve Cagen" <SteveCagen[at]discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:600E542C-ACC1-4696-B63D-B67EAF5D934D[at]microsoft.com... - quote - > I thought I would add my experience to this. | I'll try that but why am I not able to access my accounts at http://moneycentral.msn.com Actually, I can not update my accounts I get "MSN Money Network Status There was a problem connecting to the MSN Money server. Please try again later. I tried on two computers on different networks. It leads me to believe that the problem might be with the Money web program. Is anyone else also having a problem updating their account at moneycentral and on their MS money 2005? Perhaps one of these might help: In IE, check that the SSL2 protocol is enabled. That checkbox may be in Tools-> InternetOptions-> Advanced. Then I would go to Tools-> InternetOptions-> Security-> TrustedSites-> Sites list and uncheck "Require server verification... ". In the trusted sites list I would add these: moneycentral.msn.com fdl.microsoft.com passport.com passport.net login.live.com g.msn.com money:// |
