Hi Mark, and to all. The suggestion to re-register msxml worked for me, so
thank you very much for your assistance.

Have you referenced the KB article on this topic (specifically the item

Are you able to sign into this Passport on the web (for example on
http://moneycentral.msn.com)?
Did you happen to originally have an older version of Windows on this
computer (for example Windows 98) and recently upgraded to XP Home?

Have you tried contacting support?

I tried your advice but it still didn't work. I really don't understand why
this is occurring.

I'll try that but why am I not able to access my accounts at
http://moneycentral.msn.com
Actually, I can not update my accounts I get "MSN Money Network Status

There was a problem connecting to the MSN Money server.
Please try again later.

I tried on two computers on different networks. It leads me to believe that
the problem might be with the Money web program. Is anyone else also having a
problem updating their account at moneycentral and on their MS money 2005?

OK. Perhaps one of these might help:

In IE, check that the SSL2 protocol is enabled. That checkbox may be
in Tools-> InternetOptions-> Advanced.

Then I would go to
Tools-> InternetOptions-> Security-> TrustedSites-> Sites list and
uncheck "Require server verification... ". In the trusted sites
list I would add these:

moneycentral.msn.com
fdl.microsoft.com
passport.com
passport.net
login.live.com
g.msn.com
money://

Default IE 7 and problems with Money 2005

Yesterday my computer automatically updated to IE7 and now I can not sign in
online using my MS 2005. I get an "Your sign-in information could not be
verified. Go online or select the work offline check box, and then reenter
your sign in information"

I also am unable to get account updates from the MS Money website.
Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this?
