Yes. So far all I've done is change the mailing address.

Thanks.

Based on what BobJ, I would do nothing until there is a problem.

Changing the payee in the checking account would seem to accomplish
keeping track of who the payments are to. A note in the account
settings comment field about what the switch date was would let you
remember later when the switchover was.

Of course you could create a new account. Transfer any balance
carried over. I don't see an overall advantage, but it would keep
things separate. It seems to be a matter of preference.

Thanks Cal,

That was one option I considered. Just wondering if there is a "cleaner" way,
that would also retain records of payments made to MBNA vs payments to BOA.

I would disable that account for online access
(AccountList-> ManageOnlineServices). Change settings including FI.
Enable card for online access.

I'm not sure you have to do anything. I have two MBNA not-for-profit
organization affinity cards and have not made any changes. So far I have
had no problems using E-pays.

Default Credit Card Institutional Change

My LL Bean credit card, which had been managed by MBNA, is now being managed by
Bank of America (since they bought out MBNA).

I had been making online payments so cannot merely change the name of the
payee.

What is the best way of handling this in Money2007?

Thanks.
