Possibly if you verified the transactions that the opening balance didnt get sent from the bank open up the account register and hit change account settings on the left hand side. Thanks Steve, I tried deleting the account, then adding it back, but it did not give me any options as to how far back to go, t just imported the past 30 days of transactions. I then tried to export from my bank the records from six months back to the date that Money imported, so as to fill in teh rest. My big problem now is that it changed my ending balance (to some random number than is clearly not correct). I don't know how Money can be fine with a Bank Balance value being different from an Ending Balance number. Should they not be the same? | Online history, more than 30 days? I just started to use Money 2007, and successfully downloaded my banking history. It downloaded only the previous month, yet I know that the past six month are available from the bank. How do I request that money download more banking history? I tried downloading a .ofx from teh bank and importing that, but it seems to have made an aweful mess of the ledger with the final banking balances being way off. It seems cleaner if Money would just grab the old data. Any way? Thanks in advance. Mark |
