I am trying to use MSN BillPay's interface within MS Money. My goal is to
use "epays" within the brokerage cash account - but Money seems to be
restricting me to setting this up for pure checking accounts. I could change
my brokerage cash account to a checking account - but then other conveniences
would disappear. I could just use the brokerage's web bill pay service and
download the transactions afterwards... but I'd really like to make MS Money
the control center for all my financial transactions.

Does anybody have a solution out there?

THANKS!
DJ

Do you have reason to believe that the bill pay from your broker is
able to cause a bill to be paid from within Money without visiting a
web site? If so, who is that broker? Most would just download the
transactions later after you had made them on a web site.

Default Bill Pay out of Brokerage Cash Account

Hello All -

I tried to set up Bill Pay, but it would only allow me to set it up for an
account tagged as a checking account. Well - I've got several accounts that
are brokerage accounts that are also checking accounts, and I'd like to keep
them tagged as brokerage cash accounts with an associated brokerage
investment account for the convenience. Is there anyway to set up Bill Pay
for them (without reclassifying the account as a checking account)?

Brokerage cash accounts have had checking features for ages... The Money
team cannot have screwed this one up... but have they?

Thanks,
DJ
