Default Download to CSV

There is one Institution setup which only provides background banking but
not background banking for mortgages. For mortgages it only provides a
download option via Excel into CSV. Money shows that it 'is not setup for
background banking'. I downloaded the file but I dont know how to import
the items to Money.

Alternatively, how do I change the Mortgage account so that I can pull in
the Mortgage instalments from the Cheque Account.

This may have been covered earlier in other threads, but I am still unclear
as to what to do.

Thank you.
