Default Finding a missing message

Searching for messages about assigning categories, I found a reference to a
message on 11/4 on the subject "assign payee." But I can't find that
message and I can't find anything when I search that phrase. So where is
it?

In Money 2007 I'm trying to associate some payees with my own categories so
that the category will be entered correctly and automatically.
