Thanks, Steve.

I was beginning to think Cal was using a special version (one with a
permanent House, versus the Home tab). I just think it's odd they don't let
me add an icon/shortcut to the toolbar for the Home page. I go to that
screen a lot. To my thinking, they allow icons for MANY other tabbed items.
For example, if you click the Banking tab you end up on the Account List
page. But there is also a Shortcut entitled Account List that takes you to
the Accout List page.

Better than adding it to the toolbar as a customizable icon, I see in the
2003 and 2004 user guides that there is a Home icon next to the Back and
Forward icons on the left of the toolbar. I guess I got used to usuing it
back in those days and the impulse to use it still exists. It dropped with
version 2005.

Oh well, I never really meant for this to take up so much bandwidth.
Like I said, it's a silly request on my part.

Thanks again, Steve and Cal.

Banking Bills Reports Budget Investing Planning Taxes you will see Home is
the first one thats the only shortcut avaible it is not avaible in the

In the same row as the icons you have already configured in, but
farther left, look for a permanent house icon.

Thanks, Cal. No I didn't...and I still don't, actually. In the list of
"Available" Shortcuts the two I see with House icons (after Adding them) are
MSN House & Home and Home Inventory. Sorry, I'm not normally this dense.

Default Silly, but still...

I'm bugged that I can't have a Home/My Money shortuct. They've got nifty
shortcuts for many other places except for the "home page." Yes, I can click
the tab, but then I can do that for every other shortcut. I sent a couple
e-mails to Microsoft one or two versions ago and recently hoping that I
could do it. Not important, but to me it doesn't fit with the logic of
having "customizable shortcuts."

Just in case it's me, am I missing something?
