| I just bought Money 2007 premium the other day, and I've had continuous problems trying to update across most of the financial institutions I know they work with. It's been really frustrating since the software is essentially unusable unless I want to spend hours setting up my accounts manually, going through and entering in transactions. Has this problem only recently occured? Do we have any idea if they are planning on fixing it any time soon? If not I'll have to just get MS to refund my money and try another product. | I have the same problem from time to time with Capital One (Credit Card I presume) and after re running the update, It'll work. What I know is that Microsoft has a couple of companies that store the information on servers that MS Money Connects to and sometimes it doesn't always work the way it is supposed to. I would suggest maybe calling the tech support line and checking to see if there might be a "known" issue with Capital One stuff.
