Log on trouble

I just bought Money 2007 premium the other day, and I've had continuous
problems trying to update across most of the financial institutions I know
they work with. It's been really frustrating since the software is
essentially unusable unless I want to spend hours setting up my accounts
manually, going through and entering in transactions. Has this problem only
recently occured? Do we have any idea if they are planning on fixing it any
time soon? If not I'll have to just get MS to refund my money and try
another product.

This is one of the highest priorities at MS right now they are working with
the third party updater and I think it will be fixed fairly soon id say 2-3
more days

I have the same problem from time to time with Capital One (Credit Card I
presume) and after re running the update, It'll work. What I know is that
Microsoft has a couple of companies that store the information on servers
that MS Money Connects to and sometimes it doesn't always work the way it is
supposed to. I would suggest maybe calling the tech support line and
checking to see if there might be a "known" issue with Capital One stuff.

Can someone help me please, I am having trouble logging on to my bank
(Capital One), I can sometimes get right in no problems but most times I
have to try and update several times before it will go. I have no problem
with the bank site and because I can get in sometimes I don't think it is a
password problem. Any help would be appreciated.
