As a personal financial manager, Money handles a lot of tax-related
information. Tax and financial laws are different in Canada, one might
presume. Therefore software designed for the US does to fully suit the
needs of Canadians.

That seems strange. I think there's been a Money xxxx for every other year
they've had a version out. As for the regionalization, I wish they would
stop with that crap because whoever does it for Canada is clued out.
Microsoft should save themselves a few bucks and just sell the same version
in all of North America.

I find that Money 2007 will not be offered in Canada, altho it
should still work there. However it is not regionalized for
Canada-- not that the earlier versions were all that regionalized.

A quick search on ebay.ca (money deluxe 2007) found 13 items.

I guess we could try this. I'm not sure whether the site will accept a
Canadian credit card. However, I am pretty ticked off that MS would make a
trial product available and then pull the rug out. Does anyone know what the
hell is going on here!?

It appears that the ETA date is blank, so I believe you can't get it yet. Is
there a a way to extend the expiry date for the trial until the product is
available?

Can you reinstall the trial and have the new install use a data file created
with the previous trial. If I can't get this resolved soon, I'll have to bite
the bullet and go the competition and start from stratch.

I notice that Puerto Rico has been added to the countries that MS will allow
to purchase Money 2007. This happened in the last day or so. Maybe we'll be
next.

Default Money 2007 Deluxe trial version in Canada.

I have been using the trial edition for a while now, but my trial expires on
November 27. The Canadian Microsoft site still doesn't offer Money 2007.
When I try to purchase from the American site it will not allow me to enter a
Canadian address. How can I purchase this product? I have added a huge
amount of info to my file, and because I need it to track my investment
portfolio, I don't want to be without the paid for version. I asked here
once before and was told that Canadian and American versions were merged for
2007. The trial version seems to work well here. Why isn't the paid version
available?
