You can also export the investment cash accounts to a separate loose qif.
Using control-click, multi-select both the investment and the cash accounts
at one time. That may result in transfers between the two accounts matching
at import. If not, you'll have to manually edit those transactions, or use
the 'change' button while accepting the imported transactions.

Investment cash register by creating the investment account offline then
goin to file> import> recover account and by choosing the file you exported
