A balloon amount is a big amount you pay typically in the end.
As an example, you may have a mortgage with a few year term and at the end a
balloon payment where you pay off the outstanding balance.

Typically for the average home mortgage there is no balloon payment, thus
set it to 0.

What is a baloon amount? Why cant I simply leave blank the "Payment"
and have it figure out what the payment is? If I leave the payment
blank, then I cant leave the baloon amount blank and no idea what that
is!!! How many people actually have balloon amounts? I wish I could
just delete the balloon amount from the loan wizzard. Short of that,
what do I enter in that field?
