Warning Message Opening Money 2003

It probably has something to do with this:

Go into Help-> About Microsoft Money, then click on "License
Agreement". Do a search for "online".

That's my guess.

I have a user when they open Money 2003 they get a message box that opens
with the following text:

Title of the window: Expiration Notice

Window Text:
Microsoft Money 2003 Standard Edition
The following information applies to feature expirations occurring in 30
days, on 11/25/06.

One or more Microsoft Money features have expired. Please update your file
online for more information.

And there are three buttons at the bottom "Update File Online", "Upgrade
Now" and "Ok".

Any thoughts or ideas what this means?
