Default RE: Microsoft Money 2006 Premier Crashes 10-60 seconds after starting.

I just installed IE7 and now I am having the same problem as described below,
but with Money 2006 Deluxe. I had this problem when I installed the IE7
Beta, so I went back to IE6 SP2, and Money ran perfectly again. I was hoping
with the full version of IE7 that the problem was fixed, but alas, it is
happening all over again.

I also can work in Money if I don't respond to the Microsoft Money Error
Reporting window. If I do respond to the error reporting window, Money
closes.

Is there a fix for this problem? Many thanks in advance!

Default Microsoft Money 2006 Premier Crashes 10-60 seconds after starting.

I have an issue where Money 2006 Premier appears to be working just fine
until about 10 to 60 seconds later the crash message comes up (program
performed an illegal op...., report to microsoft, which i do). If i respond
to the crash message, Money automatically restarts.

Some Details:
It appears to be a background process, if I leave the crash message on the
screen, i can still use money including entering transactions. I do not know
if i can download transactions or not.

This happens both on and offline. if in offline mode, it comes up much
faster (like in 5-10 seconds)

It doesn't matter what screen is up in money. It crashes if I am on a
register or the home page.

The only recent install was IE7 (The full release, not any beta or rc). No
other program was added to the system since then.

Virus scanners show no problems. Windows Defender show no problems.

Windows is xp pro sp2 with all current updates.

Any and all help is appreciated.
