I don't use the 3rd party downloads method because that requires you to use> right up until this merge. the passport login method, which I don't trust. So I'd call BOA [at] 800-933-6262 or the 3rd party customer service and see what they say again. It does say that you have to logon into the website and register first before the logon will work from Money so try that first. The third party really is obtaining the data for you first and downloading it into Money so that it appears Money is directly taking the transactions. |

| Strange, I was always able to download MBNA transactions directly into Money right up until this merge. I guess BOA does not want to play nice. What gives? | I just called them up yesterday, and was told that similar to MBNA, you can export credit card transactions from the website, but not directly from Money, which is why it won't take your password. If you have other accounts at BOA, then you can link those directly into Money. "msnews.microsoft.com" wrote: - quote - > BOA bought MBNA, and now my CC information is on a BOA website. | BOA bought MBNA, and now my CC information is on a BOA website. However, when I try and add these credentials to a new "Bank of America (All except CA, WA, & ID)" Credit Card account in Money, I get an error. Anybody know what steps I need to go through to allow me to be able to download transactions? |
